Eugene has been practicing public accounting since 1995, providing personalized accounting, business advisory and tax services to a wide variety of clients, ranging from individuals to small and midsize companies in a variety of industries including software developing, construction, e-commerce, retail, health care, art galleries, restaurants and professional services. In addition, he provides QuickBooks support and training.

Eugene was born and grew up in Russia, where he earned his Master’s Degree in Mathematics. He moved to Los Angeles, CA in 1990. Since that time, Eugene received an Award in Accounting Certificate from the UCLA and joined public accounting firm in 1995. Eugene is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in California. He is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor®. Prior to starting his own CPA firm in 2005, he worked for a local CPA firm in Monterey, CA.

Eugene is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of The Rotary Club of Monterey Pacific and Monterey Chapter of The LeTip International.

Eugene likes outdoors activities: biking, fishing, hiking, cross-country and downhill skiing. He likes traveling by car and visiting new places.
